Angular momentum and orbital waves in the anisotropic A phase of superfluid He^{3}

The angular-momentum density of He^{3} in the *A *phase is calculated. Equations for the orbital waves are derived on the basis of the commutation relations for the components of the angular momentum. The effective mass of the orbital *excitations turns out to *be of the order of *m(T*_{c}/£_{F})^{2})n(e_{F}/T_{c}).
