Properties of electron insulating phase in Si inversion layers at low temperatures
Phase boundary in the (#, Na )-plane has been found for the metal-insulator transition in Si inversion layers at magnetic fields normal and parallel to the interface. Transport properties of an insulating phase have been investigated. These are qualitatively the same irrespective of both the value and the direction of the magnetic field.
