Superconductivity above 20 К in barium-niobium-oxide compounds
We report the observation of superconductivity above 20 К in multiphase bulk sqmples of a barium-niobium-oxide compound. Prehminary ac-susceptibility, electrical, and structural properties of this compound are presented. We believe that this compound may be the basis for a new family of high temperature superconducting oxides.
