Single-electron spin logical gates
A possibility of realization of the simplest logical operations on the basis of single-electron spin gates where information is coded by single electron spins. It is shown that there are no fundamental limitations to the physical realization of analyzed gates (it is possible to find the range of system parameters where the entire truth table can be realized). However, for some types of the gates the magnitude of the average spin (which carries information) proves to be rather small which can present a serious problem in the attempts of real fabrication of these gates.
