A particle-like soliton with an integer topological charge Q in a 3Ht-A film has a spin s — (fi/2)n\Q\, where the integer parameter η depends on the film thickness In certain intervals of the film thickness, a soliton with | Q \ = 1 thus obeys Fermi statistics.
